Product Overview
The Kerstar range of KEVA vacuum cleaners has been purposely designed, built, tested and approved as suitable to pick up potentially explosive and conductive dust and debris in a Dust zone 22.
These Type H models are also suitable for picking up dust and debris that is hazardous to health in a Dust zone 22. All models are built using an electronically commutated brushless motor featuring soft start and thermal protection.
Technical Specifications
Each model in the range is equipped with three stages of filtration on the negative pressure (suction) side of the motor. Every model is supplied ready for use with a fitted plug, comprehensive instruction book and a full conductive toolkit (shown with D1 AS – 38mm Dry Vacuum Anti-Static Tool Kit).

The range has three container sizes (20L, 30L and 45L) and is also available in both 230V and 110V. Please specify both model size and voltage carefully. Please call with any questions as if we cannot answer them we will work with Kerstar to make sure that you get appropriate advice.
It is very important to note that we cannot tell you the correct machine to use for your environment – we do not have the knowledge of the setting and therefore the appropriate health and safety information. What we can do is work with you to determine the right machine to work within an ATEX zone that you have already confirmed with whomever is responsible for Health and Safety.
