Product Overview
The NTD 750 range is based upon a heavy duty machine built to provide robust and reliable operation performance whilst supporting many tasks and pickup types. It is equipped with Numatic’s TwinFlo two stage industrial motor providing high performance standards.
Numatic’s Structofoam power head incorporating two TwinFlo’ bypass motors provides exceptional performance and the Nucable replaceable cable system is standard, allowing quick cable replacement in the event of accidental damage.
Two large, standard filters ensure that what goes in stays in and, in addition, giant additional HepaFlo dust bags are available.
The standard container is all-steel, finished in Nutex, a specially formulated epoxy resin coating providing extreme durability and long service life. The container is mounted on, but easily removed from, our all-steel heavy-duty chassis equipped with large transit wheels.
The NTD 750 range has a number of options including Base, Cyclonic, and Microfilter filtration and all versions can be specified with either 240v or 110v power requirements. All 750 versions come with a toolkit BA5 38mm Aluminium Proflo 400mm Dry Floor Kit (except for one – there is also a C14 51mm Stainless Steel Multiflo 400mm kit option for a base NTD 750). Base NTD750
Good standard filtration level with the fitting of two large filters.
Cyclonic (Model becomes an NTD750C-2) – ideal for larger volumes of non hazardous fine dust.
Many of the NTD applications involve the collection of substantial volumes of various non hazardous materials with a high content of low or sub micron particulate. To upgrade operational performance in fine dust environments, an additional Cyclonic Separation Kit can be supplied fitted or retro-fitted to improve the function of the machine in these specialised circumstances. The NTD750C with its Cyclonic Separation kit is specially designed for dealing with environments that have quantities of non hazardous fine dust present. The cyclonic unit improves the performance when dealing with fine dust by further separating out dust and this is when the cyclonic entry is used with an open dust bag. For standard applications the central entry on the base drum is used with a standard closed dust bag. The Cyclonic module is removable and easily re-fitted with a simple clip on system. Cyclonic Module is fitted to the standard NTD 750 to help separate out the non-hazardous fine dust.
Hepa Filter / Microfiltration Option (Model becomes an NTD750M-2) Better filtration than cyclonic – potential health hazard.
Although the performance standard of the NTD-750 is exceptionally high, there are applications such as the pharmaceutical industry where the dust being collected could constitute a health hazard. If you select the microfilter option the NTD 750 comes fitted with a Microfilter module that includes a Hepa Filter Module that when used with the NVM-4BH bags will provide a filtration efficiency of 99.97%. Please note that for some hazardous dusts such as asbestos and soot we would recommend even better filtration levels as found in the Hazardous ranges of machines.
